This policy explains the cookies used on the website operated by MAHMUT TARI MAFREN MÜHENDİSLİK DANIŞMANLIK HİZMETLERİ ("MARFEN Mühendislik"), their purposes and how you can manage your preferences. The text has been prepared taking into account the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the Personal Data Protection Authority's Guidelines on Cookie Practices.

Cookies are small text files that the website you visit saves on your device through your browser. They may be used for the site to function, to remember your preferences or to measure how the site is used.

Our site uses only strictly necessary cookies and, if you give your consent, analytics cookies. We do not use cookies for advertising or marketing purposes; we do not track visitors on other sites or create profiles.

Legal basis
Strictly necessary cookies are required for the site to function and for your preference to be recorded; explicit consent is not required for these cookies, and the data is processed on the basis of the legal grounds listed in paragraph 2 of Article 5 of the Law (e.g., legitimate interest). Analytics cookies, on the other hand, are used only on the basis of the explicit consent you give under paragraph 1 of Article 5 of the Law. Rejecting analytics cookies does not prevent you from using any part of the site.
Consent management
On your first visit to the site, the options to accept or reject analytics cookies are presented with equal prominence. To change your preference later or to withdraw the consent you have given, you can use the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom corner of the page.
Google Analytics is configured with Google Consent Mode. Unless you give your consent, the Google Analytics script is not run at all; no analytics cookies are written and no measurement data is sent to Google. If you withdraw your consent, no new analytics cookies are written; you can delete previously stored cookies from your browser as described below.
The Google Maps view on the Contact page is not loaded automatically either; it is loaded only when you press the "Load map" button. In that case, your IP address is transmitted to Google, and Google may use its own cookies.

Deleting cookies from your browser
All common browsers allow you to view and delete stored cookies and to block cookies. These settings can usually be found in the "Privacy and security" section of the browser's "Settings" menu. If you block all cookies, your preference cannot be saved, and the cookie notice may therefore be shown again on every visit.
Changes
If there are changes to the cookies used on the site, we update this policy. In the case of changes that affect your consent, such as the addition of a new type of cookie, we will ask for your preference again.
