Our office is in Gölcük. In Kocaeli and the neighboring provinces, we prepare designs for housing, industrial buildings, bridges, infrastructure networks, hydraulic structures and agricultural facilities. On some jobs we also take on fabrication and construction alongside the design.
Everyone in this region remembers the 1999 Kocaeli earthquake. On coastal fills, soft clay ground and old buildings, there is no shortcut to finishing the calculation. In our reports we write out the assumptions and calculation steps openly, so the municipality, the building inspection firm and the contracting authority's checking engineer can all reach the result from the same file.
For organizations that work with engineering data, we also develop calculation, quantity take-off and GIS software tools.
How do we work?
A project usually moves in this order. On some jobs steps are combined; on others the site inspection is repeated several times.
First meeting
We talk about what you want to build, where, the documents you have and when it needs to be ready.
Site inspection
We go to the plot, the existing building or the construction site and identify the missing data there.
Written quote
The documents to be delivered, the timeline and the fee are written in the quote.
Design and calculation
While the analyses and drawings are under way, we share the important decisions with you; the foundation type or the retrofitting method does not come as a surprise.
Delivery and after
We make the corrections requested during the approval process and answer the questions that come up during construction.

Frequently asked questions
What information should I send to get a quote?
The type and location of the building are enough to start. If you have an architectural or preliminary design, the zoning status, a geotechnical investigation report and the delivery date you want, the quote comes out faster and more accurate. If documents are missing, we will tell you which ones are needed.
Do you work on a single stage only (e.g., quantity take-off only)?
Yes. We take on structural design, cost estimates and quantity take-offs, progress payments or retrofitting design as separate jobs. If you wish, we also take on the design and the construction together.
Do you also work for public institutions?
Yes. We prepare cost estimate, pre-tender cost estimate, progress payment and final account files in line with public procurement legislation. We can work on the contracting authority's side as well as the contractor's.
Do you also take on projects outside Kocaeli?
Sakarya, Yalova, Bursa and Istanbul (Asian side) are places where we work regularly. For more distant jobs, the decision depends on how much time we need to spend on site.
